Editors' note: The Oneness of Allah is the first tenet of Islam’s seven articles of faith and the first of the Five Pillars (fundamental principles) of Islam states: ‘There is no God but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet.’ Abdullah sees the Absolute – His Endlessness – as Allah. He believes Allah to be incomprehensible, too large for the mind of man to encompass, but is hopefully sure Allah has delegated his authority throughout the galaxies.
