Artist's note: The background colour scheme comes from Antares which is in the centre of the galaxy. On first thought this seems wrong, but on reflection one realises that, on the scale of the Earth, after a wild storm there often descends wonderful peace. Violence in a negative form must be overcome because when one is violent one forgets oneself and becomes completely identified. Violence while being nonattached and nonidentified can be used for a positive cause such as defending one’s family.
